Do You Need Seattle Apartment Management?

Being a landlord is stressful, especially if you own a residential rental property. The constant stream of tenants moving in and moving out, the headaches of home repairs, and the upkeep and maintenance that has to be done regularly are just a few of the many headaches multi-unit home and apartment owners have to deal with. Do you need Seattle apartment management? Its not that we think you can’t do it yourself. Of course you can. The question is whether you want to, or even better, is it worth your time to? The hours in your day are all worth something. Are you wasting them?

The best way to be a success in any business is to do what you do best and let others do what they do. Fantastic communication and service!

We live in The Villas townhome community in Woodinville, managed by the Foundation Group. Since taking over management, they have invested in automating everything from payments to maintenance requests to account profiles and more, allowing just about everything to be done via PC, Tablet or Mobile Phone. They are friendly, responsive, professional and, in these days of COVID, very safety conscious. Just a top notch team and exceptional property all the way around.

Our lease is up, and although there are great incentives and lowered rent amounts all over Seattle right now due to Covid, we have chosen to stay here. That should tell you how exceptional our experience has been with Foundation Group.

I submitted a maintenance request and … soon after I received a call scheduling the day and time the service people would be at my door.
